WW2 Helmet Transfer Badges

These transfers were produced during WW2 by Gale and Polden and were stuck onto the front of the steel helmet.  They are slightly smaller than a normal sized Tiger and Rose cap badge and came in a strip of 2 badges.

On the reverse of the transfers were simple instructions that stated:

'G&P SOAK TRANSFER IN TEPID WATER FOR ABOUT A MINUTE AND SLIDE FROM PAPER'
