Archibald Bentley Beauman transferred into the York and Lancaster Regiment. This photograph shows him in the 1921's as a Lt Colonel. Of note is his bronzed collar badges which have had their bronze buffed off and are now shiny rather than the intended subdued bronze colour.
He was a highly decorated officer and wears the following medals:
